Reception at the airport and transfer to the selected hotel. Does not include tips for porters. A 20% surcharge applies for flights arriving between 7:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. In the event of a flight delay, the driver will wait for up to one hour; additional waiting time will incur an extra charge. Transfers to hotels in Cartagena are available exclusively for the tourist areas (Historic Center, Getsemaní, Manga, Bocagrande, Castillo Grande, Laguito, Marbella, and La Boquilla). A different rate applies for Manzanillo, Mamonal, and Barú. Please request a quote for transfers to the Rosario Islands or any other areas not listed above. Each passenger is entitled to one (1) piece of luggage. If additional transportation is required for excess luggage, the cost will be borne by the passenger.
We kindly ask that you inform us of any flight changes via WhatsApp at +57 315 6654835.This must be done at least 3 hours prior to the originally scheduled time in order to coordinate transportation changes and avoid no-show charges. Changes are subject to availability. From 7 passengers onward, assistance will be provided in the language required by the group. Transfers on December 24, 25, and 31, and January 1 have a 20% surcharge over the published rate.
